Micro Feathertouch
Performed with a hand tool which is a blade made up of multiple fine pins close together. This is manually and lightly taken over the epidermis in the direction and pattern of hair growth to shape, fill and define which gives a very natural and fluffy brow. All strokes are uniformly placed next to each other and are the same thickness throughout. This is not suited to clients with thin skin, easy bleeders, excessively oily skin types or those with a previous tattoo that is still highly saturated. Those with no hair or sections of brow hair missing would benefit more from one of the other techniques.
Signature Combination Brows
This is Amanda’s award winning technique and one of our most popular. It’s the perfect mix of micro bladed strokes and powder shading with the tattoo machine and needle. This technique can still be extremely natural and doesn’t need to be overdone. This can be adjusted and suitable for all skin types. This is perfect for those clients missing an arch or tail.
Blade & Shade
Mostly micro bladed brows with a light dusting of powder through whichever sections needs it most to tie the brow together. This is perfect for those clients with sections of brow missing. Not suitable for clients with thin skin, easy bleeders, excessively oily skin or those with previous work that is still highly saturated.
Ombré Powder
No strokes and all shading. This is not a block brow!! It is lightly dusted off at the front of the brow to keep it light and not harsh. This is suited for all skin types and those who want a more made up look.
Nano Combination
One of the newer techniques to Cosmetic Code Clinic & the industry. This is again the perfect mix of natural and more full. Machine strokes in the front section of the brows and machine shaded from the arch to tail, blending perfectly. See Nano Machine Strokes below for more information on Nano strokes.
Nano Machine Strokes
Nano machine strokes are suitable for all skin types and people. Whether you have no hair or some hair, Nano strokes allow for creative freedom when creating your new brows as strokes can be light handed or saturated and overlapped to create realistic and 3D brows. This technique is very gentle on the skin, however this technique does take the most skill and precision and therefore takes more time. Be prepared to relax for your brow nap.
