Eyeliner can really make a statement if done correctly, however, it’s not for everyone.
Hooded lids won’t really benefit from having a top eyeliner as this will be hidden by the heavy lid.
Eyeliner is performed in two, sometimes three, sessions spaced 6-12 weeks apart. Once the perfect level of saturation is achieved, eyeliner should last for 3+ years before needing to visit again.

Eyeliner is tattooed from the lash line and not in the water line. It is also tattooed from the outer to inner lash and no further as this is where the skin is thinnest and when migration can occur.
